Week 7 - Raw Food Re-Boot

Birthday month is February in our house.  There were 2 birthdays this week alone.  My resolve to eat raw was low, and I paid for it.  I had the worse digestive issues in quite a while (Gas!  and burps that smelled like rotten eggs!!  YUCK!).  By the end of the week (Tuesday 18th) I was starting to get back on track, but let's just say I am a slow learner.  :(

2 bowls of spinach salad (spinach, dried cranberries, green pepper, mandarin oranges and pear)
4c green salad with avocado and maple balsamic vinaigrette
1 serving Ani Phyo's raw pineapple icebox dessert (from her Dessert book)
2 cups peppermint tea with stevia
